How to Request Lyft Without a Smartphone?

There’s no need to worry. It’s easy to request a ride if you have a mobile device or desktop browser, and we know that not everyone has a smartphone.
Lyft still requires a valid phone number for you to request one, even if it’s not your smartphone.

You will receive a text message with a code from Lyft.
Enter your pick-up and destination in the online browser once you’ve decided where to go. Once that’s complete, check your payment information and select “Request Lyft”.
Using the Lyft app on your smartphone is similar to requesting a ride.
You’ll be notified of any important updates via text message from Lyft.
Your ride request can also be tracked via the browser.
Lyft currently supports only original Lyft and Lyft Plus requests via the web. Lyft Line and Premier are also in the works to become mobile-friendly!
How to request a Lyft ride from your browser?
All Lyft services except Lux and Shared can be requested through any browser.
The Lyft standard service is fine. In this case, you will manually verify your phone number and pay through the browser instead of the app.
As long as your phone number is associated with your Lyft account, you will be logged in as soon as you enter it. An SMS code will need to be entered to verify the number if it’s not linked to an account.
